The Ticket Message is the first message sent by the bot on a new ticket. To customize it head over to your Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Ticket ➞ Edit Ticket Message

my goal is to allow a user to open a ticket with multiple users lets say 5 of his chosing. I know about the invite command but that would be a bit to complex. I been trying to open a ticket up using the command but no luck adding more users then the specified user.

When first invited to your server, Ticket Tool should have the permissions shown below in order to ensure an appropriate functioning:
When customizing permissions for the different ticket participants, you must make sure Ticket Tool has the permissions you want it to grant to others, you can learn more about this here.
Missing Permissions
This error is a direct outcome of the bot missing permissions as depicted above. When troubleshooting this error we suggest you go through these steps:

I mean. Someone creates a ticket, this "channel ticket created" is avaiable for other persons to see. I want all tickets created to be only visible for the Admins.

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool - Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.
If you can see the subscription in your Subscriptions page in the dashboard, you can move it from there. If you don't see it there, you can't move it and you will have to start a new one on the new server.

1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

It's not supposed to fail, the /setup command
But if /panel worked, then i have no idea what the problem is
I figured out the problem
At one step it asks to select the transcript channel
And at the next step it asks to select the panel channel
Between steps, the dropdown doesn't reset
So if you don't select a channel for the second step
it will try to send the panel to nowhere
and it will fail
So it restarts
If you used /setup to create a panel more than once
it's likely that you created a bunch of useless extra panels
You should look into deleting the panels you won't use

Hello! Is there a way to make a ticket template have the "Delete ticket" button at the top for selection? I.e. instead of needing to scroll to top to close --> scroll to bottom to confirm --> delete when done, support can simply delete the ticket with one click instead of 3?

Make sure that "Two Step Close" and "Two Step Ticket" are disabled 
This way the ticket will be deleted when the support member clicks on the close button

Hello, I'm having a problem with the support message, when I open the ticket, it opens, but a message appears saying that there is an error. It is probably because of the amount of time. The channel cannot be renamed too quickly. Try opening a ticket and closing it after two minutes or so.

No i didn't know that existed yet. I haven't tested with the bot I was just wondering if I could get it to. Thanks. That might be sufficient because I am just trying to sync in game tickets with discord tickets for minecraft players who dont got discord 🙂

Hey, ticket permissions are independent of category permissions and they do not sync.
You need to setup through Dashboard > Panel Config > Permissions
In the field editor of embed editor
You probably have dashboard perms in a server which is premium and no it won't charge you if you didn't buy the subscription
- You have permissions to open and close tickets by default unless you set it otherwise.
- To make it so that a bot is able to do that, head over to Dashboard > Server Config > Bots' IDs. Put in the ID of your bot(s) separated by a comma.
- Simply create a new panel by clicking on "+" icon on Dashboard > Panel Configs

Hey, you cannot do it unless you've had logging enabled. Please refer to the embed below
With Ticket Tool, you can customize the behavior the bot takes when logging your tickets! For editing these options follow these steps:
Dashboard ➞ Panel Configs ➞ Logging Options
Logging Channel
Here you will define which channel @humble sequoia will save the Logs in (ticket created/deleted/closed, etc.)

The Drop-down menu or Select Menu replaces the buttons on your panel message and uses a drop-down menu with all of your panels. To set this up, go to your Panel Configs and select your main Panel.
First you enable Select Style. Then you add an item in the Dropdown Editor. Now you can start editing your dropdown!
Each line in the dropdown editor represents a line in the drop down menu on discord. You can add more "Items", by clicking on 

First you select a panel. That's the panel this option will open a ticket for.
DONT select the same panel twice. Each option should have a different Panel 
After that, you can put a Display. This is the title of this option and will appear in the drop down menu. The *Description can be set right after that, which will be below the title in grey.
Additionally you can select an emoji, that will be shown in front of each option. You can either manually input the ID of an emoji or select it in the selector.
- Panel doesn't send? Make sure you have a valid emoji selected
- Option doesn't show up? Check if two options have the same panel in the DropDown Editor

Although, it gives you stats for claimed tickets. Because claiming is the only way to know who handled a ticket. And.. claiming is a premium feature

1. Go into your Dashboard
2. Open your Panel Configs tab
3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

I forget, where can I change the permissions of who can open a ticket? I want the channel to be visible to everyone but only a certain role (ie. agreed to rules role) to be able to open the ticket.

that doesn't exactly tell me how to do what I'm trying to do.. I looked there and it's confusing... so I would change this setting in the "create ticket" options?
It's confusing because it says "support team only" but this is the only place to add any roles in the button area
“Support team only” is a switch for whether only the support team is able to use the button.
For the Create Ticket button is makes little sense, but for other buttons such as Delete or Claim or Transcript it's a useful option.
Allowed Roles and Disabled Roles are independent from that.
Allowed Roles are roles that bypass disabled roles. Disabled Roles are prevented from using the button.
That is extremely confusing... I wish it could be made clearer.
So the "support team only" does not have to be activated... for the things that are in the same pannel as this button...?

Hello, I'm trying to ping the user when he opens a ticket, but its not working. I'm using this variable {ticket.user}. Instead of @user it does this: <@5918518***>.
Another question regarding the ticket. If the member opens a ticket, the ticket is created in a private category, can he still see the ticket?

In order to have the {close.reason} variable to output the reason, you will need to use either the $close (reason) or /close command
So where I would put those commands on the panel? And thank you for helping out
You don't put them on the panel, you just run the command when you need to close the ticket
Instead of clicking on the Close button, you run the command instead

Are your members seeing this message when they try to create a ticket?
You may have accidentally denied them permission to use the Create Ticket button.
Look in the following places in your server's dashboard:
👉 Server Configs -> Blacklist Roles
Any roles there will be unable to interact with the bot in any way, including creating tickets.
👉 Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket -> Support team only
If this is enabled
, only your staff will be able to use the button.

Are you seeing this message when you use a Ticket Tool command in a channel? It may be because the bot is missing permissions in that channel.
Try the following:
- Right-click the channel, select Edit Channel, then Permissions
- Scroll down to Advanced Permissions and add Ticket Tool there
- Make sure that View Channel and Send Messages are
for Ticket Tool
- Save the changes
- In the channel, use the /debug command to check for any other missing permissions
- If needed, go back to the Permissions menu and grant Ticket Tool any missing permissions
- Retry using the command you wanted to use and confirm that it works properly now.

Please make sure that the user has "Show Embeds" setting enabled on discord. This can be found under User Settings > Text & Images

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
Minimum and Maximum Input ➞ Set a minimum and maximum input value for the user
To display the answers from the user, you need to enable Auto display form results on the ticket message as an additional embed
In case you don't want a second embed, go into your Panel Configs > Ticket Options > Edit Ticket Message. In there you use the variable {create.form.x} and just replace x with the number of your question. For example, the response to Question 1 can be displayed with {create.form.1}. If you don't use this variable, the response from the user is lost.

That is a custom command, with a time variable.
Custom Commands are used to send a predefined response to your channels. Commands will only respond if the command itself is used, it will not function if you put the tag into a sentence.
To create commands, go to: Dashboard > Custom Commands > New. After creating and naming one, you can edit the command trigger and behaviors. Tap on the edit message button to edit the response of the command.
- Note: Remove the ! from all of the variables for proper work

3. Select the panel you want to ping your support on
4. Open the Ticket options menu
5. Click on Edit Ticket Message
6. In the Message Content use one of the role mention syntax (**{@Role Name}**/**{Role ID}**)
7. Save changes
Note: For this to work properly, Ticket Tool requires the Mention Everyone permission. Or the role must have the Allow anyone to @mention this role setting enabled

Hello, is there a way i can set up 1/2 autmations that when it has gone 5 min e.g. the bot sends a message where it states that the channel will be closed in 24 hours if the ticket oppner dont type there?
is it possible to set it up so that tickets have slowmode?
Can there maybe be a solution for this? To transcript it in a different server?

So i just invited tickettool to our server and it is showing up under roles and integrations however when I go to the tickettool dashboard I am not seeing that server just a couple of others that I have admin access to without tickettool. Does it take some time to show up on the dashboard or did I miss something in the setup?
Try clicking sync servers
Also use $level in your server. You need the administrator permission/owner to access the dashboard if you havent set up dashboard roles(see below). If you can access the dashboard, $level should show a level 4 or 6
Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.
Be careful of which roles to put here
Sync servers didn't appear to do anything. Using $level shows me as 0 even though I have admin in the server.
Guess I don't have admin. The owner didn't flag administrator on the role he gave me..

Maybe that specific user has the Administrator permission.

Maybe there's a permission conflict somewhere that's preventing the bot from closing the ticket successfully.

Sadly no
The easiest way to check if that's the cause of the problem is to make the bot Administrator and test again

See how some permissions have a green dot and other have orange?
The orange permissions are the ones the bot is missing.
If it tries to toggle them, it will fail

You can't set a slowmode during the creation of a ticket, so you'll have to do it manually and cannot be done by TT

بدي أوضح نقطة مهمة، انه استلام التذاكر هو ميّزة من ميّزات البريميوم، لهيك لازم تكون مشترك عشان تحصل عليه. واذا انت مشترك وحابب تعرف كيف، فا ما عليك الا انو تفعله في قسم "الإستلام" في قائمة إعداد اللوحات.

Try giving your bot Administrator, that usually resolves every permission issue

Yes. If the bot is unable to toggle a permission, closing the ticket fails

Dashboard > Panel Configs > Permissions > Ticket Owner Permissions > Edit Closed
Make sure that the View Channel permission is denied 
That's the only thing I can think of which might be the issue here
By default, the ticket user's is set to
, but everyone's is set to 
Unless those defaults have been changed, it should remove the user from the ticket
There's a few exceptions
For example, if the user is a member of the support team (which by default can view closed tickets)
Or if the user has the Administrator permission (which gives all permissions in all channels at all times)
Or if the bot is failing to close the ticket because of permission conflicts
Honestly though, your bot is missing a lot of required permissions
Without View Channels, it can't even toggle users' View Channel permission.
so closing tickets will fail

If I put the limit here a very high number, will that prevent tickets limit under the Support category and so they would not run above all the channels? Does this have a connection with the channel number limit under the category?
Because when the channel limit under the Support category is reched, the new created tickets jumping up under a NO Category and showing above all the channels on the left panel on Discord
And also if I created several categories and gave the ticketing tool manage channel perms for those categories, will that resolve the same issue?
