It's very easy just add the roles at the beginning of the message just after the {user}

Add in a mention:
Within all the messages the bot sends (both embeds and text) you can mention either channels, roles, or even users, these mentions will only send a notification to the user if they are used within a text field, e.g: a role mentioned in an embed won't ping at all the users who have that role.
For mentioning a role you can use one out of three options:
{@Role Name} ➞ Which is Case Sensitive.
{RoleID} ➞ Replace RoleId with the Id of the role you are trying to ping.
<@&RoleID> ➞ Discord's native syntax to ping roles.
<#ChannelID> ➞ Mention a channel by its ID.
<@UserID> ➞ Mention a user by its ID.
In this instance you just use {user}
Has to be in the message content section outside of the embed though

To disable it, go to Panel Configs -> Thread Style

That is the multipanel feature:
For more convenient use of multipanels, you can now combine panels on the dashboard. This will allow you to directly send the multipanel from the dashboard or via the $panel ID command.
You can find this setting on the Dashboard -> Panel Configs -> Panel -> Attached Panels
Note: if you're attaching all the panels to a panel called English, don't include English in the attached panel's box (If you do this, it will create a duplicate)
This will put all buttons from all of your panels on one message. The message is the panel message from the panel you're combining these panels in.

4. Open the Category options menu
5. Select the categories of your preference
6. Save changes
Hey! If you go to the dashboard > Panel Configs > Category you can select a category.
You can also use /setup to setup the bot and set the category during the setup.

The correct way would be /add 852756465227530302. If I want to use your ID, you might want to press tab or space a time extra in order to let Discord "view" options behind the /add. It looks like you have not configured a category for that panel so it shows on top outside of the categories.

when someone creates a ticket, it creates a channel. How do I name the channel something different without having to manually change it? e.g currently it says #ticket-12345 but I want to change it to something like #qwerty-12345
The ticket name is the default channel name of all tickets. To edit it, go to your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Ticket. There you can edit the channel name of opened and closed tickets. You can also use variables in there.

Any role you put there will have full access to the ticket tool dashboard. The server owner and users with admin permissions already have access to the dashboard.

After typing $close, it's not the selection screen, it's automatic closing.
@solemn rain if you are on the dashboard, go to Panel Configs select the right panel and make sure you have Two step Close turned on.
That should do the trick and like a staff member said, don't send your question in every channel. It's disrespectful and you possible will be ignored.

how to setup
First you will want to invite the bot to your server. Once the bot is in your server, you can manage your server in the dashboard.
To create a panel we are going to need to head over to the panel configs on the dashboard.
Once at the dashboard we will need to click Create Panel.
Enter a panel name (Fill in any optional settings you want).
Click Create Panel and your ready to get started with configuring your panel.
An example of a creating a panel is shown below.

Yes, you can send messages with a webhook - but I believe that you can't select a message ID - to mark as panel with Ticket Tool.

Go to the Dashboard and choose Panel Configs. Once you are there, you select the panel you want to use and choose Update. Enter the message link of the message that is being send by the webhook and click Update Panel.

also im checking webhooks now and you can't make buttons - with interactions for creating channel, editing perms etc, so there is no way for webhook to works because they can't do it

That is not possible, but like I said in the future you may get a custom instance of Ticket Tool for a payment. It's in development, so I don't know anything more besides that.

it seems like a problem with PayPal, i actually don't have my debit card linked directyly, just my checking acct and when I go to check out and the PayPal window gives me an option on what card use, my checking acct is not listed there. Anyone know how to make it to where only members with specific roles can close a support ticket? I have ticket tool in my discord for people to open a ticket if they want to join my Minecraft server for several reasons that it’ll be a 10 thousand page essay if I explain everything someone has done to rule break as to why I have to have a ticket system for an application to join the server and if someone doesn’t get a response to a ticket within 10 seconds of opening it and it’s because it’s at ungodly hours of the night when everyone in my discord who’s a staff member is asleep and would like to be able to not allow them to close a ticket especially because of some of them opening closing and opening another ticket.
Panel Configs->Buttons->Edit Close Ticket Button->add their role to Disabled Roles or enable Support Team Only
I did enabled support team only added those support team roles and even disabled with the exception of the support team roles every role in my discord and it's still letting them close it. What?

The server you activate the premium on gets it and the extras it offers.
I didn't even have a disabled role when I first tried to have someone who I removed there roles they had to have them test it and only have them have any roles they had that is not the specific support roles that are the allowed roles, and they were still able to close the ticket even with 0 disabled roles

Well if I am asleep at 2am and the person makes a ticket like most people who want to join my server so badly yet so impatient if they do not get a response in seconds they proceed to close it how would I or anyone who can hide the close button do so if they are all asleep?

I knew that but if I do that then chaos ensues in terms of people will just do it to get themselves banned on purpose while also intentionally annoying every staff member in the server do the same exact things in the in game server I have if it is a rule 95% of my newbie members will do whatever it takes to break the rule.
I have not tried to have someone do that yet so idk yet.
