Command Style Tickets allow you to open tickets VIA the $new or $ticket commands. This feature also allows you to open tickets for people, by using the aforementioned commands with the user's ping or ID.
You can enable this feature by heading over to your server's dashboard. Then head over to Panel Configs ➞ Settings ➞ Command Style Tickets. (GIF below shows you how to get to it as well).
- Bypass channel list and watch all of them → when you enable this option, Ticket Tool will create a ticket whenever someone uses the $new or the $ticket command in a channel it has access to .
- Channel to monitor for command $new and $ticket → This is the opposite of the previous option, you can actually select in which channels Ticket Tool should look for the $new command instead of looking in the whole server.
- Delete command after creating ticket → If enabled, Ticket Tool will delete the command (whether it's
$newor$ticket) a few seconds after you run it.
If they put a reason after the $new command, and you use the variable {reason} in the ticket message, this can be done.

Hello everyone. I am experiencing a condition with ticket tool in a server which when I try to add a server user to a ticket, the bot share's this error message:
" Missing required option: [User/Role] (optional channel) "
What exactly does this mean?
It probably means it couldnt find the user or it wasnt specified in your command. Did you use $add <@userid> ? Try that see if it works 🙂
I typed it both ways, with and without the @, same error message. The user is still in the server, and Ticket tool has admin-level access to the server.
Have you tried with the UserID of the user? If so and it still doesn't work, I suggest you open a support ticket for one of us to help you adequately 🙂 #🎫│make-a-ticket

Closed tickets are still channels. If everything's working correctly, when a ticket is closed, a message with buttons appears, including a button to reopen the ticket.
If you can't see the channel, then it was probably deleted. And that's irreversible
I'm trying to select a channel for tickets to go into (not category) and this is what I see when I follow the steps and the website shows differently. Any idea why mine looks different?

Selecting a channel is now done with the Send button
And selecting support team roles is now done in Panel Configs -> General

You can't have a channel inside another channel.
If you mean thread-based tickets, those are a premium feature and are enabled in the Thread Style menu.

Never mind. I found the bot in my user list. My welcome bot never welcomed it.
Is it possible to make a form for example a report ticket and you fill in your discord username their discord username etcetc but then add something like Pick the reason, and they can choose from a list of violations
iirc forums dont support choices (selectable options)
You can have a multi panel/dropdown for your users, they can then select the type of ticket they would like to open as per the reason

dashboard setting under the ticket section you wish to have it sent under. The player will need to be accepting DMs for them to receive
Dashbaord/Panel Configs/Advanced Settings-Transcripts/Direct Message Transcript. You set what triggers the sending in that box. That is the path through the dashboard to get there.
Make sure the Emoji is available on your server and use the <:name:id> format.
To get the ID you can use
\:emojiname:
Then Discord prints you the Emoji ID.

You have premium it appears. There are settings in the dashboard to make an archive channel. Once your tickets are closed and you feel they are complete and you don't need them, the delete button will then archive them in your selected logs channel. Make sure you set it up first. You can choose to have them logged both by DM to the ticket creator and to the log channel.

Since our staff often use the $delete command at the end of long tickets I have mine to set to archive for either deletion or close. Saves the hassle of closing, waiting, and then deleting. Now the delete commands essentially does the same action, but removes the ability to reopen the ticket obviously.

Yes, but only before the ticket is deleted, not after. Under the bot's default settings, when a ticket is closed you see a message like this:
The Transcript button is used for creating transcripts
It is strongly recommended that you select a transcript channel in the dashboard (in Panel Configs -> Transcript).
If you have premium you can also set up automatic transcripts so you don't have to manually press the Transcript button every time.

Claiming allows you to change the ticket name, category and permissions. To use it you have to enable it first on your Dashboard > Panel Configs > Claiming

nothing will be lost, just invite the premium bot and use the command /botswitcher with the @pseudo glen
The first thing you will need to do is invite the premium bot, an invite can be found here
Once the bot is in your server we will head to the dashboard and manage your server. When you are managing your server, you want to head into "Server Configs" then click the drop down menu under "Select the bot you would like to use on this server" then click "Ticket Tool#6207" and then save.

I was in a server and I made a ticket. The owners of the server said to write some details but a button said "Create Ticket", and when I clicked the button I did not get access to write the details on the ticket. The ticket is still pending in the server, I'm just curious if I edit the ticket after they accept it or not.
You will probably have to ask the server's staff. What you're describing sounds like a creation form is incorrectly set up, or the form failed to pop up for you. But we couldn't know for sure unless we took a look at the server's settings.

- Blacklisted role
- Setting the Create Ticket button to Support team only
- Disabled role for the Create Ticket button
Blacklisted roles are in Server Configs in the dashboard
The others are in Panel Configs -> Buttons -> Create Ticket

A Discord Form lets the user answer individual questions in a pop-up Form, which then displays the answers in the ticket message. This can save time if you already know what you want to ask the user.
Forms can be enabled under Panel Settings > Form Options > Edit Forms Options. In the new pop-up window, you can now enable and edit your own Form.
You can add up to 5 questions in the Discord form. This is a Discord limitation. Each question can have a placeholder in the input field, a minimum and maximum input, multi-line, and also the option to have the answer required.
Question Title ➞ Your Question goes here
Question Placeholder ➞ The placeholder text in the input field
Required ➞ If enabled, the user has to answer this question, to submit the form
Multi-Line Input ➞Allows the user to input multiple lines
