The ticket tool is something we use daily and is really well put. Sadly you´ve to be aware that taking monthly and upgrading later to yearly <on same account>, you have to cancel the monthly or they will double charge. Before you notice it´s being taken from your paypall or payment of choice it´s too late to collect a refund on double payments as admin stated unfortunately.

8/10 - Functionality is wonderful, its easy to use and set up. However, the bot tends to go down every so often which is frustrating albeit sometimes necessary for updates and whatnot. The non-premium version in particular goes down more frequently, hence why my server has purchased premium. Haven't had a chance to try that out yet, but assuming it'll be just as good if not better. Cheers! 🥤

At this point, this is one of the bots thats not affected by premium being op

i like that you dont have to pay monthly to access basics like other bots but.... if someone who doesnt know much about bots and dashboard management, it would be hard.

I opened a ticket and asked the status of ALL the applications, not mine. I stated I was just curious. They just said my application is a denial. I asked why, they didn’t even care to explain. That’s when I looked in #📣│server-news and saw it. I wouldn’t have opened a ticket if I knew or someone told me, and I literally just apologized about it since it was my first offense. They just gave me the shrug and proceeded to close the ticket. If you would have told me that I couldn’t ask, instead of just telling me my application is denied, it would have made a lot more sense. Just give people second chances because they maybe don’t know.

I understand if you cannot accept my apology, but the last thing you could do is just explain to me why I can’t and why it was denied.

I had the same issue as above, I opened a ticket and asked if there was an update on applications, they Were very blunt unprofessional and actually came across as rude, I saw the message in announcements after making the ticket and I apologised, I am autistic and struggle with time so I did not know how long it was since I applied, I was then given “mhm ok” after saying that.

How about you get the full story right..

It was announced on 2/24 that tickets about applications would be an automatic denial. You asked on 3/3. You had a while to read before opening that ticket. It wasn’t like it’s a new thing within a day.
They did not just give u a shrug and close the ticket. My PROBATIONARY support said it was a rule from the higherups and she shrugged cuz there was nothing she could do about it. But she felt bad so she pinged my senior support team. Then THEY stated that even though u opened a ticket, your application was already denied. Sooo it didn’t matter if you opened a ticket or not.

So, I suggest, before you make a shitty review where I will investigate it, get the whole story straight.
