the rar, the folder, or the idv files because the folder was not working for me

it should be the folder from within the rar file that should be directly in the tracks folder, send a screenshot or pic of your documents\TrackDayR\tracks folder and we might be able to tell you what's wrong 🙂

but it wasnt these 2 it was JGMX Deegan Compound and Sendville GNCC not working these 2 work fine

Looks correct. Are you checking in the “All“ section? That’s where mod tracks go to in game unless correctly categorized by the track creator.
