Here's the template for Mita body skeleton, and including Mita model herself to get an idea of how weight painting works.

when you export the model, make sure you uncheck "Bake Animations" and "Ignore leaf bones"

*note that this will work only for normal clothes only, chirstmas and halloween costume will not work with it

In general, parent the Futaba body to the Mita armature. Delete all vertex groups from the Futaba mesh, then apply a skin wrap from the Mita body (join all Mita meshes and transfer the weights to Futaba). Ensure that all transforms and locations are applied to deltas for the meshes, and add an armature modifier to the Futaba mesh, linking it to the Mita skeleton.

Oh, if Futaba uses many textures, you'll need to bake them into 1 texture and pack the UV map

Then, export it as an FBX file and write some shits in addons_config.txt (if you're using UAL for the tools).
