In an alternate Miside dimension, Crazy Mita dies horribly. After a plane chase gone wrong, her parachute fails and she lands near a deletion hole. She clings to the edge, begging Creepy Mita for help, but she gets betrayed and thrown in. A falling jet engine follows her in, grinding her mid-air as she gets erased and brutally explodes all at once.

I Have a Curious interpretation of MiSide.

Specifically of the Protagonist (us) Sorry if my English isn't good! [I'll use Google Translate to help]

While I was playing MiSide for the first time, I found myself thinking the entire game about how the Protagonist was so "Self-Relatable"

And specifically with me, I had a lot of things in "common" but as soon as I got to the part where we spent time in the "real world" I briefly analyzed the Scenario, and noticed some pills in the Headboard

I didn't think much, but after the Answers that the Game gave to Mita's question, and mainly all the Protagonist's Actions, and his notable Discomfort when inside the Game

I theorized that the Protagonist is so relatable because he is a portrayal of Loneliness... Especially Hikikomori Syndrome in Japan.

The Description perfectly matches the Days presented in the Protagonist's life.

Dealing with Emotional Attachment (by the Mitas), the Deconstruction of an Identity (the Crazy Mita) and the Loneliness/Depression of the Protagonist

If we look closely, he is so unexpressive in normal situations, and his own aesthetic reminds me of someone Tired

As an actual shut-in, I feel for Player 1 very much. I get what he thinks. The daily tedium. The same tasks every day almost endlessly. Eventually the days blend together no matter how slightly different they may become.

The Mitas are his escape. And I genuinely have to know how far along into the plot you are.

I think a lot about this incredible game since I finished it few days ago.. and there are so much grey areas in my mind
But I have few theorys, but maybe I'm wrong...
First, I think Kind Mita is definitely kind, even if she's wrong when she said we are not a cartdrige (we are not 100% a cartdrige, that what she wanted to say, and that's why since the begining when we open safe chest in the basement we can find our cartdrige)... I think also Crazy Mita gave her a false index after she killed her (an index of an other Mita maybe), and that's why at the end the reset didn't work
Other theory : Cappie is the Mita who created the teleport machine for teleport players in their world, because there is a teleport machine in her bedroom also, and Crazy Mita is the one who stole her invention (and continue to kill her to break the plan of her and Kind Mita)
And third theory : the born of Crazy Mita, why a Mita is so fucked up, this is definitely a bug in the system.. but how ? I think it's the fruit of the evil version of Short-haired Mita she mentioned it.. maybe her evil version has intentionally let pass bugged Mitas, when she controls and takes care of new Mitas

Most of these are basically spot on or at least quite interesting, on that last one though... you're off by a mile, Crazy Mita is a mannequin that somehow managed to gain sentience & escape the void she was banishee into, & then began killing & stealing the skins of other Mitas

For everything else, the game already kinda answers
It doesn't matter what index Kind Mita got as Crazy Mita never made it into an 'actual' Mita, she's a dummy who got mad and tried to hijack the system, hence she doesn't have any assigned index (as she stated it at the end of the game), that's why we can't suppress her via her index
iirc, Kind Mita (or was it short haired?) tells the player at a certain point that Cappie was able to build her own teleport machine (that Crazy Mita sabotaged)
Again, as she explains it at the end of the game, Crazy Mita is a 'rejected' dummy (probably rejected the same why as during the minigame where we have to sort dummy Mitas based on their behavior or if they have red eyes) that never made it into a fully fleshed Mita, she got mad and try to find her way to reach a player even if it meant doing horrible things to other Mitas, and somehow hacking the game
The evil version of herself that short haired Mita mentioned was named "Bully" Mita and is supposed (as partly stated in the game) to be the first Mita we see in the game, at the end of a dark corridor when we first enter MiSide as the player and we find ourselves in the wrong version, when it's dark, quiet, with minor creepy events being triggered and that we have to find the teleport machine power cells

The game never really explained on how CM escaped, but we know that corrupted Dummy Mitas are inherently evil.

As for how she can be so smart... well, I'd say that all Mita are smart and concious. CM just happens to escape without the limitations and fail-safe since she's a corrupted dummy. Judging by the player cartridge descriptions, some of the skills and knowledge (knowing how to disguise into other Mita, and being a very good technician) she acquired were from the players she has captured in the past.

About the unnatural abilities that she possesses... the leading theory is that she used Ugly Mita to acquire those powers. Ugly Mita is kept as a tool to disrupt and corrupt other Mita and their homes, so I wouldn't be surprised if CM was able to use her to make some modifications on herself.
