3. She is just evil as heck with no redeeming qualities

They've made it clear that death leads to a reboot, memories, location, etc... I would assume that also translates to a character's inventory. And there are changes indicating that our first playthrough is an actual, clean first interaction, so the fact that she said "Why does this always happen" (Or something along those lines) when we ask about the closet indicates that she was at least somewhat sincere.

Imo, if peaceful mode is like Monika After Story, I feel like CM might open up to us the more we spend time with her, this is just a peaceful mode theory though.

That reminds me, how come the game (English version) says Ugly Mita but the wiki says Creepy Mita? Is she called Creepy Mita in the original Russian version?
