After finishing the game, when a Mita dies. Their memory resets. Wouldn't the way to "beat" crazy Mita is to kill her? I feel like you're doom from the start as you're already a cartridge and she's basically playing you as you're stuck in a loop of her replaying your cartidge. I'm still trying to figure out how cartridge works, specifically the time watch.

But I would think she could be tricked unless she's literally in a sense just toying with us the entire time. Knows where we are at all times, for example the figure that watches us in one Mita's rooms. Playing along when hiding from her and just barely allowing us to escape her like she's playing with her food. For a good while, she said it herself that she kills the mitas and wear their skin. Imagine if she was pretending to be Cool Mita but was using her skin and might be why we never hear about cool mita again after that.

• Who was the person in the Core?
• What is the stopwatch thing that is charging to 100%? (Cartridge process?)
• Why does crazy mita need all the players?
• Loli mita mentioned we were the second friend, who was first?
• Why didn't crazy mita reset work?
• The ending scene suggest the person we are playing as is the developer for Miside, but then why are we so clueless to everything?

so the person in the core as far as i have gathered is named "core mita" so shes like the base line for every mita, and the childlike mita honestly has a sad background when you collect her USB but i am pretty sure the other friend she mentions is crazy mita as she is the one who did that to her

Alright this is cool, some of my own personal theories such as the mini-game cartridges disassembling was also included in there.

at the very start, when you first go to the kitchen a knife is already missing from the block, she 100% loves messing with the players that she encounters but they either aren't as fun to chase, give up at some point, or she gets bored of them
When she snaps her fingers and starts messing with everything, she immediately gets to toying with you by sending that corrupted face Mita at you, which has no cartridge, and is never seen or mentioned again

My question would be, what if MC decided to give up and try to backtrack and reason with Mita? I think Mita would straight up get confused but we're already a cartridge so what's killing us going to do aside of robbing our memories. She turned a whole leaf when we stayed with her at closet scene, but what if you tried to offer same after the fact of her bloodshed?

not only does he collapse but he collapses in real time apparently even though we are in the future compared to him because he is currently helping mita build the machine

We might've actually saved the player back then by having him escape, it could be why Crazy Mita comes into basement very pissed and not playful.

the only thing i would've liked to see as an ending would be some sort of "fight back" ending
we dont have to win, but when you get Kind Mita's head chucked at you, the way the subtitles form for you saying "How...Come..."
almost leads you to believe you can snap back and just lose it

I would like to imagine the Cartridges are kind of like save files where we will play the game in the POV of the saved player in real time, so even though the engineer player was based on the past, his game was saved and we were "playing" him in real time inside his save, hence him collapsing when plugged out

your character can fight, and shows that he is willing to do so twice, once by hitting the bugs with the bat, and by asking why we cant just try and kill Crazy Mita first

all that Kind Mita said was that Crazy Mita was strong, not that she was invincible

Portals do exist not only in one world, so it could be another world. You remember the start of the game when you were downed on the kitchen? It's the same that happened to the engineer it seems. She gave him medicine, probably, and gone to check you out in another world basement. You remember the part when you take the pills? Mita disappears, because I think she is gone to deal with someone who made you collapse on the kitchen.
