ill just give a simple example on how this works, so basically im searching for the background, problem & solution of online and actual shopping for instance,

online shopping - the background of online shopping is that it is beneficial for people that can choose a variety of products with just an "add to cart" and "order placed" its simple, with the wide space of internet, you can find anything you need with just a screen and device.

problem - there are some problems when it comes to online shopping, is it worth it to buy the item you want just because you saw it through a screen? what if its a scam? instead of an iphone, you get an android instead? basically, there are some disadvantages when it comes to online shopping, there are a lot of scams and high prices for it to just be a piece of junk. another problem is the delivery fee, the fee can be a little expensive depending on how far the package is. another thing is the transportation, sometimes when we receive the package, its already damaged or even gone.

solution - what is the solution to the problem of online shopping?

actual shopping - it has a bigger advantage since you see the product that you want to buy face to face. Sometimes, sellers even let people try the product to see if its worth it for them to buy. The quality and the quantity of the product can be seen better.

problem - it can be sold out everywhere or just searching the product you want to find but couldnt find it anywhere, it is time consuming, tiring and exhausting. There are also some instances where you are buying a specific product, its always gonna be crowded because of the exclusiveness of this product. And last but definitely not the least, impulsive buying. which means the temptation of buying unnecessary items as soon as you see it leads to overspending.

solution - what is the solution to the problem of actual shopping?

Solution for online shopping :

— Always check reviews, and the amount of products that have been sold thus far. The bigger the numbers, the more reviews, and you'll eventually get your answer. Since you can't really trust the reliability of online shopping when it comes to honesty and legitimacy, all because it's being shown on a screen, then you can base your judgements off of the people who have already bought the product themselves (bonus points if they provided an image or video of the product/s in the review).
— Delivery fees are expensive for a reason. The rates are reasonable because people actually work day and night shipping orders from local to international (overseas shipping) which involves lots of transit and the involvement of transportations such as trucks, planes, and motorcycles + the hassle of delivering a package, since there are many other packages out there. You can't fully expect a company to earn from low shipping fees when they're the one handling and delivering your package themselves. In short, delivery fees are one of the companies' major sources of profit, and it varies for different online shopping sites and apps.
— Thirdly, people should be allowed to return & refund their product if it was ever damaged/incorrect mid-transit. If the company does not have such a policy, then I suggest ordering a similar product elsewhere.

Solution for Actual Shopping :

— Ask for when they'll be restocking said product again, so you could be on the lookout for when they do get to restock said product. I suggest asking 3-4 different branches of the same store so you could get the median value for when they'll be restocking the product. Sometimes, it varies from branch to branch, as I'd heard some stores operate independently. But of course, the point still stands.
— If it's too crowded, you'd either have to wait it out or buy in another branch/store.
— Impulsive buying often depends on the person. Businessmen and entrepreneurs often innovate and sell their products in such a way that would tempt or entice their customers to buy their product. It's all about self restraint, discipline, and being financially responsible.
Think about it. Here's an example: If she impulsively buys a product because she got tempted to do so, and she ended up overspending, whose fault would that be? It all draws back her, who couldn't practice self restraint (If that makes sense).

Here! Hope this helps kannaNomlove
