Hi! Algebra question here. How do i solve:
2x – 3y = 9; 2x + y = 13
Subtract the two equations
(2x - 3y) - (2x + y) = 9 - 13
You'll get y = 1
Substitute for x and you'll get x = 3

Hi. help. the number of bacteria colonies, N, after h hours can be modeled by the function N(h)=B(r)^2h, where B is the initial amount of bacteria colonies and r is the rate of growth. if the rate of growth for the colonies is 5% and there are initially 10 bacteria colonies, how long will it take until there are 15,080 bacteria colonies?
