Anemo characters = usually used for crowd control || Archon: crowd control
Geo characters = shielders (usually) || Archon: Shielder
Electro characters = Dps/Support (usually I dunno)|| Archon: Dps/Support
Dendro characters: elemental reactions || Archon: Elemental reactions
Hydro characters = mostly healers || Archon: maybe a healer
