althought I am in quite specific school where there is a few of us (literally around ten teens around my age (there could be more but let's say that my city isn't most open-minded to it), we aren't even all the same classes, it matters only with exams, generally way more friendly atmosphere and we have good relations with adults, school concept is called 'democratic school') so we interact quite a lot and one guy really hates anime, but he wouldn't actually offend me (rather I offend him bc he's also by a bit homophobic and racist bruh, actually because of it we joke that he is gay), once even with friend we made him judge genshin characters based on apperance XD (complained how their designs and body build are not suited for who they are and their weapons and just overall fighting, only character he actually rated high was zhongli XD)

there are so many people that i know that outwardly judge me for playing hoyo games simply because of the anime art style
