i'm in a bit of a tricky situation

i had been saving primos for dehya, and i have about 60 wishes at this moment. i had been hoping for a while that she was gonna be a good dps unit, but her kit isnt looking good. im not sure whether i should:

take a risk and wait for dehya and pray i can make her work
pull for xiao, who i know would be a really good character for me

im guaranteed with about 70 pity rn, so id probably get my next 5 star within the next 10 pulls + i already have a jade spear for if i go the xiao route

pros and cons of each

pros of dehya:

i dont have a claymore character that i use but i have a ton of claymores sitting in my inventory
i have a bunch of characters that'd work to be a support & battery for someone like her
it would give me time to save for whoever comes after her too since i already have massive pity
burgeon!

cons of dehya:

she's probably constellation locked
her kit looks pathetic
it's a giant gamble considering this is her first run

pros of xiao:

i already have everyone who would support him leveled
i have his weapon
i already have some decent artifacts to start him on
i can work with him only on c0

cons of xiao:

he'd have to share a weapon with raiden, meaning i'd have to choose 1 team or the other for abyss runs and hope my other (weaker) hyperbloom comp will carry the other side
im not sure if hes a good investment or not for the future, as he's a liyue character whereas dehya is more current (sumeru) ... i want flexibility after fontaine & natlan

ngl after lantern rite if not the fact that my friend haves xiao I perhaps would wish on his banner (we are trying to collect all characters when our all accounts are summed up)

like its still phase 1, and we still have like 2 or 3 upcoming events so you probably should have enough to get a 5*
