Inazuma or liyue bc inazuma is... I mean the decree sealing basically all nations off. And shogun just- being strong as hell.
And liyue, although they no longer have morax, the adepti are still strong and ok hear me out that cutscene with ningguang was her just pew pewing something and yeetusing a whole jade chamber, twice.

my analytical answer:

inazuma is still recovering from a civil war, so there’s no way they’ll be able to unite and take on any of the other nations (plus raiden is literally in self-induced solitary confinement, what’s she gonna do to help?)

assuming it’s the nations god leading the charge, nahida and sumeru have a really good chance considering the amount of territory they have… plus, they have a ton of strategic brainiacs and supplies from people on both sides of caravan ribat. it would only work if nahida managed to unify the desert dwellers with the city people, though, which would be tricky considering she’s 1. young and 2. only just now taken over custody of her nation

liyue would have a really great chance… just think about that shield ningguang conjured against osial before the jade chamber fell. considering morax isn’t there, they’d have a lot more flexibility, and the nation is already unified and have a ton of resources considering it’s the nation of contracts. there’s also the adeptus characters, such as ganyu, shenhe (cut the red ropes and she’d be a serial killer), xiao, etc

mondstadt also has a unified front, and it’s currently unknown how big the nation really is (dorman port and the mare jivari havent been released yet). they also have a great military and tons of good ties with other nations. with varka and jean in charge, they’d be able to lead an army while at the same time getting advice from barbatos, whom jean is aware how to find. considering venti was around for the first archon war while none of the other gods were (assuming morax stays “dead”), this would give them a serious advantage. plus there’s the fact that mondstadt is no stranger to fighting for its peace and freedom and we have, like, albedo and possibly dvalin sooo

in all honesty, i think it would be down to alliances and how willing the nations are to fight; however, the most likely to win would be based on unity factor and the sheer determination of a nation to pull itself through

hence, my answer is mondstadt and/or liyue, considering i think they’d ally

Idk I feel like it would be Inazuma, because their whole storyline was a war, so you know that they have the manpower. Imagine if the resistance army combined with the Shoguns Army, plus maybe even the Raiden Shogun herself. I mean, her whole thing is her "martial prowess"

That's only if the war is being waged in inazuma? Liyue controls the money in teyvat and they could just straight up ignore them until they starve and then conquer them once their army is dead
