you could start with pointing out major unethical acts that other country governments have committed in the past as examples

those would support your claim that we shouldn't expect governments to act ethically during war times

well to support our answer we're supposed to use like idk answered questions that we talked about in class

You could even make up an ethical dilemma about war and point out a few directions that a country could take and the pros and cons, but since its 7-10 sentences it might not work

hmm yes that's a good example

if you can find another source relating to chemical warfare and the consequences of it against another country that would add support to your claim
