I could be wrong but I think the best set for Venti is 4 set VV because of the swirl dmg and decrease in elemental res. If you want to go for DPS Venti then maybe 2 Glad + 2 VV 🙂

For DPS Venti, usually ATK Glad. One of his passives regenerates energy for him. But that said, it depends on your team comp and substats too. If you already have high ATK but low ER or face ER issues, then maybe ER Glad will be better
