Conceptual maps are a must, it’s much easier to memorise
Write notes of what you think are more important than other things and always ask teachers for previous lesson notes if you ever miss a lesson
you could watch some illustration animated to understand the proseses like how do we breath, digest and stuff, when you alr understand them you could take notes as additional infos abt them...
I'd say documentaries in general are good idea
flash cards , diagrams & explaining to others
You could make notes while watching videos on the topic. After that, what I like to do is get a sheet of paper, or a page in ur notebook to make a mindmap of what you remember, and once you wrote down everything go back to the video and add missing info^^
@ cognito on youtube has effective revision vdos, and toy could also use flashcards to remember key content and vocab!
