A much-needed quality of life change that allows you to shear Pale Moss Carpets in order to remove the side growth and prevents the shorn carpet from attempting to re-grow on the sides.

you can shear weeping vines, twisting vines, and kelp I think? but for whatever reason, doesn't work with regular vines

to clarify, I'm referring to right clicking on them to stop them from growing, not just breaking them with shears
