Bedrock Wither port

Basically bring the far more challenging Wither from Bedrock to Java (1.21.11/26.1)

uh sorry for the long delay to reply, i didnt tested the mod i've linked in OP, i dont know if this implements all the differences from bedrock wither, so a new one would be prefered, i think
