may i ask how you lined up the renderer with the tip of the item model? is it just manual offsets like the fishing rod? ive been struggling with getting it right for a harpoon gun for quite a while
It rotates a vector in the direction the player is looking then adds the player's hand-level Y offset during the bow animation. In first person there is a local X offset to make it look like it is coming from the item.
