Genesis is a progression-focused mod that changes how you advance in both the early and late game.

  • Encourages exploration over unconsciously speed running the game by introducing an Age system. Players must complete Ages to unlock crafting recipes or access dimensions.
  • Fully data-driven, allowing modders and pack creators to build custom progression systems.
  • Includes a built-in guide system (also data-driven) to replace long tutorial books.

I have future plans to separate the Age & Guide API logic into their own separate mod, so modders and pack creators can make use of them without being tied to Genesis' other built-in content.
