if it was a below 1.0 gui scaling mod I would love to have it

trying to play the game at 640x200

it's fine I guess at 1.0 but menus are cramped and double chests likely wouldn't fit onscreen

there's kind of a point where you care about the core layout and not exactly the readability

#

with readability in mind I think it would be able to go as low as 0.5 or 0.75

#

if you downscale an image of minecraft it seems like 0.5 is still fine
