Pixel art for my mod

I am making a mod that lets you draw textures in the and test them I was wondering if anyone could make some pixel art for me.
I need a logo that looks like paint brush with paint in a paint bucket maybe in 16 x 16 picture art. And I also need a little pencil and bucket icon for inside the mod.
I will give whoever helps 10 - 15% of modrinth revenue.

how do u even start to draw like this?

i still can't visualize a complex object in limited pixels

I just get the basic shape then fake the rest with shading

i once tried to reshade the apple to green and gave up real quick

do u have any recommened resources?

I mean I just studied minecraft's textures, especially how it's shaded and the overall contrast and "roughness" of the textures, and try to match that
