Immersive roles/nicknames mod update request: Title Scrolls

Available until Fabric for Minecraft 1.18, this mod looks pretty cool, and I'd say has a fair bit of potential in servers, so I'd like to see it updated to newer versions.

I ended up porting, then I hated what I ended up with, so I rewrote the whole thing

it now doesn't override vanilla below name scoreboards, but I may work on that at some point?

Basically means it takes four lines of code for another mod to hook in and add their own title

It'd be cool if an item could provide players with a Title, overriding other titles, or adding onto them

Like, a sword that gives you the title of "Herald of the Dawn" or something

An item can provide you with a title
