Hi! I have a multiloader and I'm looking for a way to put my items in a vanilla creative tab in a specific order for Fabric. Is there a way?

If you just want your items in a specific order, just add them in that order in the event. If you want to insert them between vanilla items, there's function on the parameters you get in the event to do that
