MC failing to link against GLFW | The Fabric Project | Page 1

Ive setup a new fabric mod dev environment with the intellij plugin, client side and 1.16.1. When I runClient It starts but fails with a linking error when it tries to initialize minecraft.client.Options.
The error log is attached.

then restart project
