Signals remake for 1.21.9+

I'm interested to see if someone have interest in do a remake of Signals mod to Fabric 1.21.9+, in special with a degree of compatibility with @tranquil mauve's fork of Linkart (Linkart-Refabricated).

Basically, this mod adds a whole new signaling system, inspired by OpenTTD and Factorio, that would greatly facilitate the creation of autonomous railroads using minecarts in Minecraft.

If such think can be remade and work with Linkart:R, i think finally we could have something on par of TrainCarts natively on Fabric.

Also back to the point more I like this concept a lot, it reminds me of the Tekkit Classic rails system
