I wanted to recreate the project without split sources, I didn’t have SDK installed, I recreated the project several times and successfully lost 25 classes

you should have used git or at least a manual backup

if you have a built jar, you might be able decompile, remap and recover (some) of it

this may be a dumb thing to say, but isn't there programs to recover deleted files because deleted files aren't really deleted just marked for overwriting?
