Survival friendly lit Redstone Lamp

I love the way the redstone lamp looks but most of the time i do not have the extra space to add any form of redstone input to make it lit
I would just need the blockstate to be lit but that would also update when being placed so it would turn off, I know Quark adds an inverted redstone lamp but sadly that's not ported to fabric
Any mods or datapacks you guys know about that could do that?

So you want an inverted Redstone lamp?
Is it fine if it’s a new block or should it be vanilla datapack/server-side mod?

If it can be a new block that would make it way easier
