disable tab menu

Just looking to disable the TAB menu. I already figured out how to disable f3+A but I cannot figure out where in the minecraft code the TAB menu is opened. its a client side mod and I am using mixins, but am open to alternatives

Inject here wrapWithCondition and return false or WrapOperation and setVisible to false
