This because now de mob heads can make noises on a noteblock... and I reather not have mob head drops on because of many farms of people on the server.

Mod heads make sounds on note blocks, but there's only a handful of those in the game. Check out vanilla tweaks more mob heads. They're on for everything, have a relatively low chance of dropping, and are affected by looting iirc.

Isn't that what OP was asking for? An enchantment that makes them drop so you can use a sword without the enchantment for farms.

That is correct, or something similar, just a way to prevent junking up the farm.. because the server get's new people sometimes and so just enable head drop for few days is no option for me.
