bypassing the /enchant command limits

is there a mod that can remove the restrictions in /enchant command, so that for example while holding a sword i can type /enchant @s minecraft:sharpness 100 and not get an error, instead of using the /give command

This mod just removes the level limitation. You still cannot apply enchantment to unacceptable items or items with imcompitable enchantments.

they want to put sharp 100 on a sword without editing it through the nbt

By the way, because of vanilla limitation, universal enchants only allow 255 levels at most.
