i mean, you started your request off with "i dont think it takes a lot of knowledge" basically telling anyone who answers the request that you already dont value their efforts.
if it doesnt take a lot of knowledge, just do it yourself. its been a few hours. if it doesnt take much knowledge you could have started and it would be done already

its more akin to calling around for septic service and telling them all that their jobs arent hard and you dont think their service is worth the money. you are likely to find that nobody wants to do service with you

i think its a completely reasonable statement to say its easy but yeah you shouldnt judge how much effort it takes without prior knowledge
it depends how complex you want it to be
if you want the rendered picture of the item sent along with the webhook thats pretty complicated
if you just want the items translated name sent thats just a single simple inject, roughly (the TAIL of PickUpCollector#add isnt ideal but it works)
