Patrum Scuta has a jury-rigged compatibility patch, I'm unsure about better CoA designer, it may simply work by default (does AGOT even change CoA design GUI?)
Honestly I don't think PS is worth using.
You can get the same increase to base resolution and texture with copying one file and tweaking another, all you really miss out on is the nicer shape and the higher resolution large preview border. But the AGOT version has unique shield shapes for different cultures (like round shields for beyond the wall)

I'm not really interested in those features of Patrum Scuta. I'd like to have a CoA editor to use in the mod so I can customize mine more.
