Hi curious, My co-buddy and I were talking about what would happen if pokemon won the lawsuit against palworld. Thanks to the nintendo game leaks. My theory is pokemone wants to get rid of pal world because their next generation game (wind and waves) seems to sound more like... palworld... just waterdown and kid friendly. Palworld seems to be a threat to next gen pokemon. However... something still bothers me about this theory. Like pokemon had every chance to make a game like palworld but didnt do it and was stuck in their own forumula and reputation. So why now?

Money, they want all the money and not have to earn it.

PP however came from nowhere and reminded consumers of how much gamedesign has changed but above all how Nintendo has not changed 20 years nor want to.

Every title ported to nintendo is downgraded and limited.

But, you decided you wanted to venture out and try a new recipe, problem is you've never done anything like that and it is going to cost more money for the ingredients than it did for you tried and true recipe.
So you ponder, and ponder. Do you spend the extra money, the extra time, and make the new recipe and risk you not liking it bc it is too dissimilar to your tried and true recipe, this wasting all of that time and money?

Or, you can wait and see if another has done the recipe and see how it turns out. That way, you have a better understanding if it works and less risk of you not liking it.

Oh yeah. I even seen vids that the patent in us is probably gonna be invalid cause the aggressive move on nintendo just seems like bulling cause how

That was the problem I had with pokemon scarlet and violet. I didn't want diet breath of the wild. I want Breath of the wild innovation with my pokemon and make my own way- Palworld delivered on that.

Actually I had to agree playing most of their games, its cut, downgraded, and sadly starts adding less with every game version like animal crossing.

It was delayed, they still did not bat an eye.

They’re still doing it like this and it’s still really strange. It’s especially weird with all the other diegetic sounds audible. Makes it feel like a mistake.

It looks like they recorded the dialog to animate to it and then just threw the audio out.
