Nintendo most likely raised the prices on all the accessories including amiibo to absorb the impact tariffs have on the Switch 2.

When in other cart racers you could either be a front runner like in mario kart, or bank on bagging strats, or like in crash team racing just through sheer driving gain an insane lead, because weapons can't catch up to fast driving speeds, this game is just super random and you get hit all the time, and can go from 1 to last place in a few item hit stun locks.

Honestly, this can be said for a lot of things, but since the subject is the lawsuit, if people don't engage with the hundreds of articles about it that are focusing on every single patent introduced and every single move either side makes, said people will be a LOT less stressed about it. Personally, I'm not stressed about it at all.

Not this far into development it's not. That'd be reversing over a year's worth of work on the early access game, on top of however many years Palworld was in development BEFORE the early access release. That'd be the dumbest thing they could do.
As of now there are ~19,000 people playing the game, which is a pretty solid number given it's a Thursday night and 12:20 AM. Comparing it to games like Deep Rock Galactic and Terraria (~5.6k and ~13k respectively), that's a good figure.

Rebranding runs the risk of pissing off all the players who bought and play palworld for the game it is now. It wouldn't be in their best interest to do that explicitly because that'll hurt them more than help. Rebranding is all around a terrible idea.
You're talking several years' worth of time, money, and effort going into changing everything up from what it is now. At that point, it really is just cheaper and easier to deal with litigation like they are now
