most arguments from japan seem to be boiling down to "we're upset they're trying to make themselves seem like a small indie company when working with microsoft/sony" and "we demand pocketpair apologize to nintendo" because of their traditions and don't attempt to fight someone higher on the totem pole than you. they also seemed upset that pocketpair was "cocky" for same reason previously mentioned. and general anger of trying to paint nintendo as the bad guys when they believe pocketpair is 1000% at fault.

this one was a follow up where it talks about that one social media user who claimed to be an ex employee of pocketpair and claimed they used AI for all the designs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9PXXiQdULI, at the time, japanese social media ate this up as fact without any more questioning and used it as alot of ammo against pocketpair.

the massive majority of japan was heavily against pocketpair at the announcement time of the lawsuit, and yes there's a small minority in japan who was upset, and a larger chunk of english speakers who were defending nintendo (though not as many who were defending pocketpair), but japan as a whole HATED pocketpair this much, so its shocking to me to hear 'JP is now giving their "darling" the side eye.' when they value tradition and respect so much to make comments and accusations like this.

I'm aware though not going to make an essay explaining it. Those who have been following Palworld since the first trailer had heard and seen the mudslinging from both east and west. The west were very, very adamant to drag PP through the dirt in comparison to the east who conduct themselves more orderly. I enjoy not having them evolve. It always annoyed me "needing" to evolve creatures in games to make them more powerful.

I also appreciate the added items and functions in the gane that will allow me to make the weaker/beginning pals strong. I want to use what I enjoy and not have to concern myself with a meta to feel like I'm not behind in basic gameplay.

I got a new CPU air cooler and some higher grade thermal paste, but when trying to remove the old cooler, I realized one of the screws was stripped.

I had to strong arm that shit like no other, and now I'm afraid I might have broken my computer...

But I won't know until Amazon delivers the new cooler today
