Frogs drown in my Grandpa's pool every week (he is 93 yo, so he no longer checks the pool filters daily). Adult frogs are great swimmers, but they do not have gills. They also absorb water through their skin, so even if they don't drown from lack of oxygen, they also can get "water logged".

well it got its last major update in 2017 :(
but there were news of wanting more maps for a gamemode added in 2012 which means there is potential for a new big update, but we'll see how big it is (and if it can be considred a major update)
in like around 2019 or 2020 a huge bot crisis started which sometimes made the game unplayable (there were entire groups of Sniper Bots just insta-killing everything) and after two massive campaigns the bot crisis finally ended almost exactly a year ago (thank FREAKING God)
oh also TF2 went Free-To-Play in 2011 also almost exactly 14 years ago (you got something to prove that you got the game before it went Free-To-Play)

and the TF2 Comics finally got their conclusion during the Christmas and New Years Holidays of 2024/2025 (relatively recently, but thank goodness we finally got them, we were left in a cliffhanger for 7 years)

Close Steam
Go to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam and delete everything in the depotcache folder.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steamapps and do the same.

Now log back into steam.

In the Steamapps folder, it wants you to delete everything in the "depotcache" folder, that is what it means by "do the same"

But I'm rewatching most of them in Japanese.
Some have different vibes entirely, often it depends on what kind of license they got the rights to, either based on the American Cut or the Japanese cut, and then depends how they translated it.

I never got in to dnd and I will probably never get into it, but I learned you can play as werewolves and other monsters and I have always gotten a decent chuckle out of the "wizard cast op spell at orphan trying to find mom" jokes and am now imagining to myself someone playing this game and saying something like "i turn her into a vampire" or "I turn into a werewolf" or "I eat her brain" in s similar format of meme my humor is doomed god help me

I really like the atmosphere and nuance of Vampire the Masquerade, I just can't play it bc detailing out that you are going to, who you are going to, and how you are going to "feed" is too ridiculous to me xD

Yeah, that is why I said Vampire the Masquerade xD more chances of that scene.

But, for DND, what would most likely happen for that scene, (I'm gonna pretend to be the DM here and skipping a lot):

"You were bitten by a werewolf and now have the curse. You will need to cure it."
-later-
"Your party accepted a quest to find a missing orphan child who strayed into the forest and got lost. Bring her safely back to the orphanage."
-find the missing orphan child-
"You successfully defeat the creatures. Your character approaches the child trying to calm them, offering your hand to them. The DM asks you to roll a constitution check, you roll a Nat 1. During the fight, you all failed to realize night had fallen and everything was illuminated by the full moon. Forgetting your curse, you transform without being able to hold back. The transformation was guresome and terrifying, the chikd fled in fear. Because of the Nat 1, you cannot control your actions. You make chase. The party finds you the next morning, there is no child left to save."
Whether or not you add detail is up to you and the players.

It really depends on players and DM tbh. Somee games are heavy combat where you create characters and you go from quest to quest saving the world.
Some are heavy RP where your characters actions and how they interact with the world and NPCs is how the game progresses.

Personally, I think it is best to have a decent mix.

The dice rolling is to give your characters abilities/skills instead of you just doing everything flawlessly. The better trained a character is at something, the higher the success rate of doing it.

An entire party of characters doing that are called, "murder hobos" and usually a DM creates an unfair boss to deal with them

Not many DMs will allow you to play a monster race, can become a pain. If you become a zombie, you are dead, game over for your character.
If you become a vampire, I think that depends on the game as to what happens.

I do not know much about DnD I know some kids at school who play it and they seem kind of funky but like, my step dad played it as a kid at least a little and I get youtube shorts about it so I know somethings all I know is, it is possibke to troll your friends

Anyways, different table top game, but in Vampire the Masquerade, you are put into different situations in which you must feed. Makes for a lot of laughs watching people play bc it is weird how comfortable some are and hilarious how uncomfortable they are xD

Depending on the vampire type you play dictates what/who you can feed on, your powers, and some other things.

The DM is going to lay the story out in front of you, they dictate the character creation screen, and they add the updates to the game as you play.

That's good. I have heard from places like Gamers Nexus the 50 series cards are a mess. Poorly optimized for gaming and some cards have nonfunctional pipelines. Don't know if it has been fixed since then, but I think it is best to stay away from that series.
