I wanna say 50 years?

In disc world you aren't gonna get a replacement by that point, And if the disc breaks they probably won't replace it
Digital data that gets corrupted can be redownloaded for free no questions no calls no emails

I have so many old games that I can't play because the disc is scratched

If my switch explodes right now, Nintendo will say "okie dokie" and let me get all my switch games back, except maybe the one physical one that happens to be in the system atm
They would've said "oops sorry you'll have to buy a new one" if I called them about my Mario sports mix disc that my little brother snapped in half in a fit

I remember watching a Minecraft "movie" some fans made of random adventures of their group going through thr world on YouTube. It was good.

So, when I hear Minecraft movie.
I imagined Steve finding himself in this strange world, maybe even taking the human isekaied in route. We have a montage of his "figuring out" basic survival (punching a tree, making a pick, shovel, fishing pole, meeting creatures, building a house) and the montage ends with him a seasoned survivor/inhabitant of the world.

Then maybe, he ventures out, finds an enderman, or a village and then the enderman, learns of the dragon, how to get there, and it turns into the epic quest of finding the end and defeating the dragon before it engulfs the world.

LOOK AT THAT! A MOVIE WITHIN THE PLOT OF THE GAME USING ONLY THE BASICS!

Oh, wait, we have to have the generic love story, must edit.

He discovers the village and it is being protected by -insert female version of Steve- who was also pulled into the world like him, blah blah blah. She has been taking care of the village, they fill each other in on what they know, they discover a stronghold underneath the village, a library, learn of the dragon, love blossoms as they go on the above quest to defeat the dragon before it engulfs the world.

Their, fixed, added generic love subplot.

Started new Project Zomboid save.
Created straight up farming character.
Found amazing farm, truck that works and was in 75% and above condition, just needed gas.
Everything going well except for the fact the best weapon I had found was a fork... a legit "fork"

So, get scratched by zombie, infected.... Wondering how this happened bc the purpose of this world was to change the settings and reduce the risk of scratch infections and then it hits me, I forgot to adjust the settings....
