it was an interesting lawsuit and the conclusions were fun to read but the context has some political in nature so I won't get into the details and will use game consoles as a stand in: a sony player posted a long video about how sony is cool, an Xbox player posted the entirety of that video with hardly any commentary to their channel and the sony player got it taken down in DMCA, the Xbox player counter noticed and it went to court. The end result was that the Xbox and Sony channels have wildly different audiences that the video fell within fair use

It is a lazy way for developers who just don't tie the pronouns to the gender but this option at character creation.
What I want to see is a fantasy game where I am not only elf shamed by the draws, but pronoun shamed by the boomer arch wizard as well - Until I find a way to either:
a) use a spell/ritual to change my sex

Using scanners is very beneficial in big warehouses like Costco especially when checking people into the place as a lot of staff were not checking the cards correctly.

I've known people who claimed they would go in flashing fake cards, and the single member would go up to the register with each person(individually) who flashed the fake card claiming it was their plus 1 so they could all go in and get out.
Never made sense to me though.
