One could argue Palworld is cruel for letting you butcher Chillet, but on the other hand, there’s no practical benefit to doing so. The only items Chillet drops from butchering is Leather; the same thing you get from capturing/killing them in the wild. Also a lot of pals also drop leather as well as other more valuable things

I had ramshorns for algae control. The tank is waaaaayyyyyy too small (0.8 gallons) for how quickly they were multiplying. Even though I was still feeding them, they started actively devouring everything in the tank as if there was a lack of food. Any time the shrimp would slow down to molt, the snails began eating them as if it were dead :/
I since removed the ramshorns, but I lost almost all the shrimp before I realized what was happening.

Stretches can be bending forward, backward, lying on the floor and doing butt lifts, laying with a pillow to cause an arch for a little bit. Depends on where the pain is.

Massaging can be as simple as laying on something and rolling your back on it, having a child walk on your back or dig a heal into the area(heck, I'll throw treats on my back and have my cats walk on it xD)

Icing - can throw ice in a ziploc, wrap with a towel, wedge with a pillow.

Heating - best to use a heating pad but can also use a water bottle with warm water. Can heat some water, dip a towel, wring it out until damp, put it in a ziploc and use it as a heating pad. There is a sock and rice method that works great, but if you mess this one up you ruin your microwave xD
