One of my favorite mods for cyberpunk right now is 2 mods called
"Cyberwear EX" and "cyberarm cycle"
Cyberwear EX, adds more cyberwear slots, so you can equip more cyberwear
And cyberarm cycle, allows you to press a button, to swap between the cyberarms you have
So if you have the mantis blade, and manowire, you can press a button to quickly swap between the 2

Well, for games using that all-too-familiar Bethesda engine, you'd want to create a new save each time... DO NOT OVERWRITE as you might need to go back one or more saves to fix something that the game broke on its own randomly.
