And changing a kettle. That takes both overhead gantry cranes and a specialized forklift to lift it into the building. A wall also has to be taken out to do this. These kettles weigh several tons and have to be FLIPPED when they get inside the building. It's such a cool process

Then when it gets lowered into its pit, it has to be rotated so it sits correctly, and this is done by hand. One of the cranes is used to lift it via eyelets with a huge chain sling that hooks to them, and we grab ahold of the edges and rotate it slowly until it's correct before lowering it in. We will probably have to do this soon because one of the kettles has started having problems.

I had to not only enable autoplay in firefox, but refresh the page after doing so
