I get men and women streamers recommended and it looks like they sre wearing dirty clothes, haven't bathed, their hair needs brushing and detangling. If they have beards, many don't do anything at all to the point it does look pretty gross, but not all.
Heck, I've had Markiplier recommended before and wondered if he started streaming right after a workout or something.
To me, if you make streaming your job, just put a little effort in your appearance. I'm not saying look like a model, just look clean.
