Despite apperances, people still have to learn context with age, time and social situations. The amount of them there are out there depending on who you are as a person at a given point in time may vary massively. I don't think i will ever get over people calling Never Grave a hollow knight rip off and saying it like it's a massive negative. When the entire Metroidvania genre has become polluted with so many Hollow Knight games that it's starting to become a genre of itself. All of this on top of the fact that Never Grave has some unique ideas in it that every other Hollow Knight-like game hasn't even tried. Nintendo is the only video game company that has like... no back up. SEGA has a lot of shady things going on beyond games. Sony and Microsoft were huge even before games. -this is going to be my last reply to you on this matter
-ultimately, you are arguing that Nintendo is the only company that should be allowed to have a "PokƩmon like".
-this is very anti consumer as it leads to monopolies meaning one company can become complicit or exploitative.
-allowing a company to compete with them forces them to actually become pro consumer or lose the market. palworld is actually extremely brave in this manner as if they pull it off, it can force Nintendo to get off their ass
-and yet no matter how many times this is explained to you, in many ways, you still insist palworld was wrong to compete.
-you've mentioned before you're an artist; imagine being told you aren't allowed to use paint because someone else is a painter. you can't draw animals because someone else draws animals
-at this point it's clear that you're not going to shift, so further discussion on the matter is pointless.

Palworld as a game does more than enough of it's own original stuff, but also takes from other games just as much as everyone else does. Pokemon itself at the time of release wasn't even wholly unique, the main thing that pushed it was the console it was on being so readily available and the fact that it had the coolest new thing with link cables making it a community driven game which was not common at the time.

Everything else pokemon does is taken from other games so to claim that pocket pair isn't being unique enough is really beyond silly
