I am pretty certain anyone with implants that passes away, they are removed during autopsy or burial preparations. I think if a person had a prosthetic, they are either left without, or fitted with something biodegrabale if needed for a viewing.

First medical article gone through - there are laws in the US that doesn't allow the reuse of prosthetics (it didn't say which or why, still reading more stuff, tryign to find actual medical articles). But, there are charities in other countries that various parts of old prothetics can be donated to. From how it reads, depending on the charity, they will either use the full prothetic or make prothethics from the donated parts.

I am trying to remember the amount, but the bank screwed up inputing the amount for a check payment I made. I think they put $15k when the check was $150.
I was paying for lawn service and my lawn guy called me to tell me there was a mistyping of the check. Called my bank to put a hold on it so I didn't have a sudden massive withdrawel.

He confirmed the 2 checks at the correct amount. The next day he had $15k from me in his account and was trying to fix it. His bank fixed it pretty quickly. I didn't see the error on my end. Only proof I had of the error were the pics the lawn guy sent me.

If we are in a situation where we are going to wreck, we are going to do what we deem best at that split second for the ones most precious to us or for the life we find most precious. Unfortunatly that's the way it has to be at times, if a small minority causes issues then it can be a significant burden on the moderators, so rather than waste that energy and the really bad things that can come with it, you simply disallow the problematic thing in the first place to everyone - if no-one can, then everyone's equal

We do self reviews and send them to ours leads. Our leads then do reviews and go through a process and submit them.
The process has been changed at the lead level and idk the goings on of it other than there is a PURPOSEFUL delay of the reviews being submitted.

HR either didn't get the memo or didn't like the idea and is emailing all employees, leaving the leads off the email. I went to my boss immediately asking him if I messed up and didn't submit my review bc this email says I am no longer elgible for a raise nor promotion.

Boss said all is fine and has no idea why I'm so worried. The rest of the team is now messaging him bc we are panicking.

The last time HR pulled a bunch of crap, all of us(the employees) reported them and the entirety of the HR department was fired.

I think they just don't want to do the work of inputting all of it in later and want it now so they can just relax until the holidays and are trying to scare us into pressuring the leads.

I knew someone who had a dog allergic to its own dander. I think they kept the dog's fur shaved short and had to use a special shampoo on it to help.
