It started being a fenced area with a couple guards, it now is the most secure site in the island probably close to military facilities

Depends what goes there - Printers have Hard disks so can contain PII, hard disks themselves, ect, as well as Toner being hazardous and technically an explosion hazard if you fuck up bad enough

If you have implants you need to dispose of, it's technically biohazard, but if we get to the augmented future and someone loses an arm in an accident without biological attachments on the bit lost, does it goe to e-waste or need returning?
