I kinda hate how mindnummingly untailored Total war Warhammer maps are
If you just play the game, win battles, conquer cities, you'll basically be opening fronts with a huge ton of races that will hate you simply for being the race you are, thus, the moment you have 2 regions in TWW you'll have at least 3 factions that will roll up on you
this happens with literally every single race
So you'll see potentially, 10 armies against you, when you can barely sustain 2 cheap armies
this is supposed to be the game
This is imho what made Three kingdoms the worst total war to date, every city, settlement, had borders with several more, creating a huge cascading effect that will always keep you down the more you expand
With barely any strategic areas in the map that would serve as a bottleneck, making your avenues for expanding literally suicide
How do you play Total war games? You absolutely cheese the AI and the mechanics to death, there's no other way to pull it off
Plus some races are literal counters to others, so good luck trying to win against certain factions, particularly early when you have crappy armies and they have tier 3 or 4 units
Plus the inevitable flaw of any fantasy game, having dozens of different units with special stats that don't respect unit types, spearmen ( technically good against large, having the attribute anti infantry too)
making anyone that can really play the game and understand every unit, a literal university degree

A lot of time when the women report it, they are seen as causing trouble, misreading a situation, etc. If the guy harrassing her is only given a warning, it can make the harrassment much worse than it already is. Unless everyone that is seeing it is willing to march in their with her, she may feel safer pretending it isn't happening.

I think for a justice system or however you wanna call it people need to take agency in these situations
