there's just one small issue. issue being idk what version of chinese my family speaks because the last chinese speaker besides me died before i was born and i doubt anyone else in my family knows what it is because they didn't know what mandarin or cantonese was when i mentioned them. they just know it as chinese, they don't know the different names of the dialects

it is very difficult. learning cantonese wouldn't be starting from scratch like jumping from english to chinese though. all dialects are written the same way but the words are pronounced differently so i would just have to try to remember two ways of saying the same written word

I agree with this. The name Pal-Multiplayer, speaking in English terms is very broad. It isn't indicative of which specific functionality within the function it is referring to. It just says Multiplayer, it doesn't say "Group Finder", it doesn't say "Looking for Groups", there is No "Searching for Friends". There is A LOT you can do in Multiplayer, so I really don't blame people for trying to use it for other discussion related to playing in a Multiplayer world.
